This policy is designed to be fair, clear, and easy to use. We have one simple rule: if the guide doesn't work for you, you get a full refund.
What We Guarantee
We offer this because we're confident in the product. The vast majority of homeowners who use this guide recoup its cost many times over. But if you don't, the risk is entirely ours.
How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple. There are no forms to fill out, no explanations required, and no waiting on hold.
That's it. No lengthy process. No need to "prove" you tried the guide. We trust you.
Refund Timeframes
- 30-day satisfaction refund: Available for 30 days from the date of purchase, for any reason.
- Save $370 or It's Free refund: Available for up to 12 months from the date of purchase, if the guide hasn't saved you at least 10 times its cost in avoided repairs.
Refund requests submitted after 12 months of purchase will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Add-On Products
The same refund policy applies to our add-on products:
- 90-Day Survival Pack (+$17) — refundable within 30 days of purchase.
- Spring & Fall Bundle (+$47) — refundable within 30 days of purchase.
- Bundle purchases — if purchased together, refunds can be for the full bundle or individual components.
Digital Product Policy
HomePlaybook Mastery is a digital download (PDF). Because you receive instant access to the full product upon purchase, some jurisdictions have specific rules about digital goods. Please note:
- By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you will receive immediate digital access to the product.
- In the EU/EEA, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be affected once the digital content has been delivered. However, our 30-day and Save $370 or It's Free guarantee is more generous than the statutory minimum and applies regardless.
- We do not require you to return the digital file to receive a refund.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. In most cases we can resolve the issue faster than a formal dispute process, and chargebacks can take 30–90 days to resolve.
If you have a legitimate issue with your purchase, we will make it right. Our refund policy is genuinely no-questions-asked — there is no need to escalate to your card issuer unless you've already contacted us and we've failed to respond within 5 business days.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this refund policy limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights under applicable law. In particular:
- EU/EEA customers may have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Directive, including rights regarding digital content.
- UK customers are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Canadian customers are protected by PIPEDA and provincial consumer protection legislation. Our guarantee exceeds all minimum Canadian requirements.
- Australian customers are protected by the Australian Consumer Law.
- US customers may have additional rights under state consumer protection laws.
Our guarantee is designed to exceed these minimum requirements in all markets we serve.
